bleak wind and land　

吹きっさらしの風と大地

Now, I am in the northerly point to the mountain.

私は今、その山の北寄りの地点に居る。

A fine powdery snow blow away in [on] the wind.

 粉雪が風に飛ばされている。

The wind blow harder and harder.　

風はより一層、激しく吹いている。

I feel afraid of avalanche ( ＝ a snow slide ) caused by a strong wind.

私は強風が引き起こす雪崩に恐れを感じている。

' Visibility is bad. '

「視界不良か。」

' I can't even find my goal in this bleak land.'　

「この絶望的な大地では、私は目標すら見付ける事ができない。」

Meanwhile, I will lose consciousness and faint by hypothermia.

その内に、低体温症によって私は気を失って倒れてしまう事だろう。

I deliberated my plan. 私は熟考した。

' What is my goal from now on? ' 「今の俺の目標は何だ ?」

' Hmm,.....food.....water.....a secure shelter.....a warm place. '　

「えーと、食料、水、安全な寝ぐら、暖かい場所かな。」

Hunger and fatigue is deadly combination. 空腹と疲労は死の組み合わせだ。
