私はある言葉を思い出していた。「スズメ蜂の巣を取るなら冬が最適」

I able to fight against the monsters without restraint.

怪物達相手ならば、遠慮無く ( 思う存分 ) 戦う事が出来る。

If I would seek permission for the subjugation of the monsters ,

もし怪物達の討伐許可を申請したならば、

then I probably can enter the place easily.

その地に容易く入れるかも知れない。
